My coaching philosophy is to help you be more successful as a leader or in your career. My specialty is leadership and my doctoral dissertation focused on leadership style. I also believe leadership exists in many forms, ranging from the executive leader to self-leadership.
My consulting philosophy is to help your organization perform more effectively. I tend to propose solutions that have evidence to support them. I also want to encourage organizations to consider out of the box solutions to promote innovation, future growth, or continuous learning.
I have been coaching and consulting for almost twenty years. Originally from Alaska, I now live in the small town of Edgewood, New Mexico, with my husband, Ken. I love being outdoors and spend much of my free time working in my giant rock garden.
